i’ve decided to jump on the trendy cupcake bandwagon and start my own cupcake business. all this really means is that i’m going to make lots of tasty-flavored cupcakes for people i like. i’m open to all ideas for flavors…i think my favorite is the pumpkin cupcake with penuche frosting (for those of you who have had my vegan pumpkin cookies, i’m simply doing a cupcake version – soooo good). we also had an idea for a white cake with raspberry filling and lemon frosting i will start to post pics as soon as we start baking – this weekend, i think!
